Booking & Appointments

How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked directly through our online booking system. Select your desired service and available time to secure your appointment.

Why can’t I book Ombré Brows last-minute?
Ombré Brows require specific pre-care for best results. A minimum of 72 hours is required to avoid caffeine, alcohol, waxing/plucking, and active skincare before your appointment.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Same-day appointments may be available on a limited basis for select services when all pre-care requirements are met. Availability is not guaranteed. If a patch test is performed, the service cannot be completed the same day and must be scheduled at least 48 hours after to allow for proper monitoring.

Do you offer evening appointments?
Yes. Limited evening appointments are available on select days for working professionals. Availability is limited and must be booked online.

Is a booking fee required?
Yes. A booking fee is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward the total cost of your service.

Can I reschedule my appointment?
Rescheduling is permitted within the outlined time frame. Please refer to our Policies page for full details.

Brow Services

What services do you currently offer?
We specialize in Ombré Powder Brows and Henna/Tint Brow services. Each service is customized based on your brow goals and natural features.

How do I know which service is right for me?
Your service will be determined during your appointment based on skin type, brow condition, and desired outcome. No prior selection is required beyond booking the service category.

Pain, Healing & Longevity

Does brow tinting or PMU hurt?
Discomfort levels vary by individual. Most clients describe the sensation as mild to moderate and manageable.

How long do results last?
Results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Longevity will be discussed during your appointment.

Sensitive Skin & Safety

Is brow tint safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Gentler tinting options are available for clients with sensitive skin. Please indicate any sensitivities during booking or consultation.

Do you offer patch tests?
Patch testing is available upon request and may be recommended for clients with known sensitivities. If a patch test is performed, the service cannot be completed the same day and must be scheduled at least 48 hours after to allow for proper monitoring.
