Scheduling

Appointments are by appointment only and are secured through payment at the time of booking. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all booking policies outlined below.

Evening Appointments

Limited evening availability is offered on select days to accommodate working professionals. Availability is not guaranteed and may vary week to week. All standard booking, cancellation, and pre-care policies apply.

Same Day Appointments

Same-day appointments may be available on a limited basis for ALL services when all pre-care requirements are met, and the client is free of contraindications. A patch test is recommended for henna and tint appointments; however, you may waive it. If you plan to have a patch test performed, please note that your service will not be scheduled for the same day. If pre-care requirements are not met, the appointment will be rescheduled or canceled in accordance with our policies.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment

  • Your booking fee may be transferred one time only

  • The new appointment must be scheduled within 30 days

  • A new booking fee will be required after the first reschedule

  • Same-day or late rescheduling is not permitted

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 4 days before your appointment

  • Cancellations within 4 days will forfeit the booking fee and incur 50% of the service cost

  • Cancellations made more than 4 days in advance will receive a full refund

No-Shows

Failure to arrive without notice will result in:

  • Full charge of the scheduled service

  • Booking fees are non-refundable in the event of a no-show

  • Ineligibility to book future appointments

Late Policy

  • 5-minute grace period

  • 5–10 minutes late: $5–$15 late fee

  • 15 minutes late: appointment canceled

  • Repeated lateness (2+ occurrences) may result in booking restrictions

Sickness or Emergencies

  • If you are feeling unwell or experiencing flu-like symptoms, please contact us prior to your appointment.

  • I reserve the right to reschedule at my discretion

  • Emergency situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and do not automatically override existing booking policies.


I have the right to refuse service to anyone.
